Dream holiday in Hua Hun, Thailand - The Golf Mecca! We rent out our exclusive villa in Hua Hin, Thailand. The villa is located just 4 miles from town, about 6 miles from Black Mountain's golf course. Elephant village with its sights lie just 5 minutes walk from the house. Our villa consists of 2 separate apartments. Each apartment is 140 m2 plus 30 m2 terrace. Each apartment has 3 double bedrooms, living room, dining room, European kitchen with washing machine, dish washing machine and everything else needed in a modern kitchen. There are also 2 full baths in each apartment and big garden with a shared patio, outdoor shower, pool and jacuzzi. We have our own garden and pool service, and we can offer maid service for only 500 bath - per day. When you arrive at Bangkok airport, we can arrange a taxi for you for 2500,-BATH. which will take you directly to our villa. The trip takes about 3 hours. Avalon 1 is the name of our town house. it consists of 108 houses in a gated complex with guards at the gate. It is a very calm and child-friendly areas. Hua Hin is a small and nice city with many great restaurants and other facilities. From ancient times this was a fishing village. Something that appears again in the great good fish dishes are served down here. The city is considered the safest in all of Thailand. This is because the King has his Residence here. OUR RATES ARE PER APARTMENT: 1-3 WEEKS, 1500 bath, - PR DAY (electric not inkluded) 4 WEEKS AND BEYOND, 1250 bath, - PR DAY (electric not inkluded) Deposit when you rent is 10000 bath ore more.
